Where we landed.
Challenge
What was hard
Small manufacturers had no affordable, focused tooling for production tracking, inventory and sales orders. Bigger ERP systems were overkill and expensive; spreadsheets couldn't handle real production runs.
Solution
What we did about it
React + Next.js frontend, Node.js backend. Modular, multi-tenant architecture so the same product can be deployed for any manufacturer we sign. Domain modeled around production batches, inventory movements and sales orders.
