What was hard
Ship a mobile-first, multi-tenant lending workflow — borrowers on one side, collection agents on the other — with EMI schedules and reconciliation, on a two-week timeline.
Solution
What we did about it
React Native for both borrower and agent apps sharing a single codebase. Node.js backend handling EMI calculations, collections, reconciliation and role-based access. AI-augmented delivery on scaffolding and tests, senior review on every diff.
